(S/NF/SK) Describe the key equipment/material involvedz There was a fenced-in area inside of which were approximately 10-12 long, cream- colored cylindrical objects, each having round, bright red "plugs" in the end (see sketch, page 2). There was also a vague impression that each plug had a red "ribbon" hanging from its center, but this impression was gone before lecould be sure. These large objects wer-6 about 4-5 feet off the ground, and were all horizontai, (parallel to the ground), but were not lined up parallel to each other (see notes with sketch, page 2). 3. (S/NF/SK) Describe the personnel involved. The only impressions of Opersonnel" were. a. The man in the full-dress uniform, b. The very important men who were listening to him, C. The military men at the building in the "jungle", d. The thin man in the brown suit who was answering questions, e. The crowd of people to whom he was answering questions. This crowd appeared to be either reporters or a group of people who would plan their actions according to h,is answers. 4.
