The front of the ship appears to have a light blue band around the top with blue-green under it. The rear of the ship (see Fig. 1) appears to have a pile of loosely stacked black "things" on deck immediately in front of some very sturdy uprights. 3. (S/STD) Determine the current location of the vessel: (Time: 0920 hrs local, 21 MAR 90) Repeated attempts to locate the vessel produced no results. The ship, however, is "at sea" and underway. 4. (S/STD) Determine the destination(s) of the illegal drugs: Two impressions of destinations (both of which were in open water) were: a. Approx 100 miles north of Atol Das Rocas (Brazil), in the Atlantic b. Approx 100 miles west of Islas Revillagigedo (Mexico), in the Pacific. This "slab" of drugs is held to the wall by a yellowish rubber/plastic "cover" which buttons to the wall with large metal snaps.
