SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
A ves_,~ei associated with the call sign is
currently located at 17 Degrees 50 Minutes North and 80 Degrees
West. The vessel will travel in a northern direction and have a
stop over point for refueling at 21 Degrees 30 Minutes North and
79 Degrees West. This refueling stop over point is the Golfo de
Cayos Ana Marie, Cuba. At this time the vessel will wait for
further instructions on what course to take for the off-loading
of the drugs into the Southern Keys of Florida. The vessel may
travel east through the Windward Passage or west and go sail
through the Yucatan Channel.
The s__~L.L,.sjjrn I Cz w4ck;h a ground station
located in Limon, Costa Rica. Managua, Nicaragua is also a
ground station involved in drug smuggling.
The name "Reyes" phonetically surfaced as an individual or
call sign associated with this current drug smuggling operation.
