  1. (S/STD) Two sessions were conducted on 16 February 1990 and
  21 February 1990 respectively, to describe the vessel and
  identify the location of the contraband aboard ship.
  2. (S/STD) The target is a mid-sized vessel of a predominantly
  black color. It has a white superstructure along with one or two
  cranes positioned amidship and fore respectively. The vessel
  could readily be mistaken for a tanker. The contraband, believed
  to be in the form of cocaine, is wrapped in dark green/black
  plastic and stored in the forward part of the vessel, possibly in
  the first hold. See Tab A and TAB B. The drugs are stored as a
  first item below the normal cargo to preclude easy access to the
  contraband.
  3. (S/STD) Remote Viewers 025 and 032 were utilized for this
  project. Results indicated a high degree of correlation in their
  findings.
