  SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
  The vessel Is high, large, and black on Its curved inward undersides. It has
  ample crew. Centered thick piping can be viewed from the top deck as well as
  some type of mast. This vessel is carrying at least one form of drug
  (cocaine) and Is boxed in plain light brown paper packages. The drugs are
  stored in a small cramped area beneath the bow. The stacked packages can be
  seen through a metal grate on the ceiling of the cramped storage area. Big
  inflatable pillow preservers and a pile of black coal gravel are located on
  board within the vicinity of the drugs.
