       SUMMARY OF INFORMAT
            Target was at first I sive -- I had perceptions
       of dark and cold surroundin5.5,Ahich were well elevated
            1~b4y_q~ ... ey e r _y14 I could see swirling masses of what
       appeared to be clouds and light surrounding the surface of
       a planet (see sketch #1). There was a tremendous amount of
       energy present this energy was not harnessed in any way.

       I then began to perceive very clearly a man being led
       by two others Into a waiting car. The car was a maroon
       Mercedes (late model). The men were well dressed, dark
       hair, and two of them were armed. The man being escorted
       was not willing to go with the others, he was being dragged
       or pushed by force.
       The setting was European, the climate warm and
       slightly humid. The license plate on the car was 898YZ3.
