                     T,4e target is a built-up area consisting of')many
                ,single and two story dwellinvs.(see sketch #1). These
                structures are wood frame with a material similar ,to stucco
           or even adobe surrounding it. 'Elie roofs of the structures
           are steep and slanted. The roofs appeared to be shingled in
           some cases, but most of them were sheathed in metOLI
           (aluminum or corrugated steel). The climate was warm, dry
           and sunny.
           The people associated with the area look Caucasian
           with no single predominant race characteristics. I kept
           focusing in on several men in dark suits. These men were
           all seated with notes or books in their laps. The
           atmosphere around them was quiet and made me believe that
           they were men of importance, political or theological.
           There seemed to be some threat associated with them. That
           is they were threatened -- although they did not know when,
           where or how.
           1 tried to move forward and determine what the threat
           was but I Just kept coming back to the structures. I kept
           coming down on the structures.
