           SUMMARY UP' INP'UHMATION
                The target is located in the Republic ot Panama along
           the southwestern coastline (see sketch). He harbored in a
           white building which Is overlooking cliffs to the beach.
           There Is an airport nearby which has mostly military
           traffic. The target is protected/guarded. There are
           individuals in civilian clothes as well as uniforms. Thos,e
           In civilian clothes are in cars marked "D.E.N.1." or they
           are related to these letters in some way. Words associated
           with the area are Rio Hato, David and Arrihan.
                There is a strong presence of control, military
           presence. The target seems to be apprehensive about his
           situation but not overly concerned. He feei, momentarily
           safe but is troubled over long term conditions.
