   The target ship is a mid sized cargo ship. Black and
   white appear to be -the major colors -- a black hull and
   white bridge and cranes.
   Theship rides low in the water and could be mistaken
   for a tanker if you did not know what to look for. There
   are cranes fore and amidships used for lifting things into
   and out of the4l--old- (see sketch). The bridge of the ship
   is located to the rear with just a small deck beyond that.
   The product is located in the cargo holds under large
   amounts of other things I don't know what it is that is
   on top of them. The plan is to keep everyone at bay by
   making it to difficult to find the product. It would
   require a long time to unload to get to it. It will be
   difficult to see the product without uncovering it -- no,
   it Would be impossible. It is however, wrapped in plastic
   several times and the plastic is dark colored green or
   black.
   It will come back through the Panama Canal -- I can
             see it steaming through the cut heading south.
