Baghdad is ready and willing t o negotiate for their release. Although the hostages are in fear and they don't know what to expect of their fate, Iraqi intentions at this time are for their release. Some of the hostages are being kept in a long, narrow, thick building with a long walk way. This seems to be some type of memorial or museum or embassy. The_~utside walls of this building may be made of white brick. Ther e (may 9)flags outside or near this structure. Another structure which is housing hostages is tall and has a domed roof. Although hostages may be kept in other structures in Kuwait, these two structures seem to be housing the most. The hostages are in western Kuwait and one location is 29 Degrees 15 Minutes North and 47 Degrees 25 Minutes East and a second location is 28 Degrees 40 Minutes North and 47 Degrees 60 Minutes East. (SINFISK) Remote Viewer 049 perceived the presence of and undetermined number of US hostages in an area southwest of Hadhar, and west of Wadi Tharthar, Iraq (IZ), at geographical coordinates 35020'N/42000'E. See copy of strip map at TAB A. A second group of hostages, number undetermined, were located west of Qasr Al Khubbaz and east of Wadi Hauran, IZ, at geographical coordinates 33020'N/41040'E. The "greatest number of hostages" appeared to be detained In the vicinity of Rumaitha/Ramantha located sbuth of Baghdad at geographical coordinates 31035'N/450 20'E. The hostages have neither been tortured nor have they been well-treated. Families are often separated; some men have been placed in small, dark, restrictive areas. Viewer 049 also accessed a place that is predominantly green with a number of narrow hallways and contains numerous obJects which form walls or barriers. The building seems to be a religious building, a mosque or a church; a main road crosses the front of the building. The hostages located in Kuwait, are located in the vicinity of geographical coordinates 29015'N/47025'E; and in the vicinity of geographical coordinates 28040'N/47060'E. See TAB C.
