The contraband is tightly packed between support ribs running lengthwise along the keel (the contraband is almost incorporated- seemingly part of-- the hull?). The space which comprises the false bottom is approximately 8 inches deep (high). The bottom of the hull has an anomolous downward bulge slightly forward of amidships. The false bottom of the hull is located in the center of the vessel. The contraband is located toward the stern (rear) and starboard (right) portion of that compartment. SEE ATTACHED DIAGRAMS. OOC: 261330L Jun 90 SG1A The currently has cocaine on board. The cocaine is amidships, down under something (exact meaning uncertain). The contraband may be under cardboard boxes, cards, candies, or DOLLIES (this term surfaced phonetically). The vessel has been dirty in the past and there is something different about the way this operation is being/has been conducted. This concept is associated with going down under (the first time they hid contraband down under something?). There is the association of a sewer or seaway or saway (phonetics) with this contraband (perhaps hidden in the bilge/sewer/storage tank?) The contraband is not, repeat not, hidden in an area where the integrity of the vessel must be compromised to remove it (it is hidden, but removing it will not destroy the vessel). The captain of the vessel is considered a big man with brown hair. He likes his vessel. He is known as a/the phantom drug runner. He may be a US citizen.
