           1. There was a very vague indication that the = may have been located
           in the area of the Virgin Islands/British Virgin Islands at the time Source
           was interviewed. No definite location was found, after repeated searches.
           This may be due to the information in item 3. below.
           2. There is illegal contraband in the form of drugs located in the rear of
           the ship, in the lower portion (hold?). There are I or 2 large "tanks",
           similar to large butane tanks. At least the front one contains drugs, and
           there is an indication that the rear one does, too. The tanks have a
           smaller tank welded inside a larger one. The smaller, inside tank contains
           liquid, and the area between the inner and outer tanks contains the drugs.
           The tanks are of very heavy gauge metal and will have to be cut open to get
           to the drugs.
           3. Information appeared during the interview indicating that this shipment
           may have associated with it, an experiment an the part of the drug smugglers
           to devise a defense against our specific type of detection (See transcript
           for details).
