 The location of the=is 17 35'N 84 40W It is not carrying contraband at this
 time. It is traveling in a south-eastern direction with a probable destination of
 13 25'N 81 20'W (Isla de Providencia).
 OOG: 161030L Jul
 Vessel located at 1845N 8410W, heading north, and carrying cocaine. Bound for
 Florida.

 is located at 1915N 8445W, heading NW. It currently does not have any
 contraband on board but has a sheet metal lined compartment covered by floorboards
 in which to stow drugs. Both cocaine and marijuana have been carried in this
 compartment before. The compartment is approx. 1 by 1 by 15 feet.
