        $Qlbetermine the current location of the target vessel identified as
 deg 18 min N 1 77 deg 57 min W (at 1315 hrs, 24 MAY 90).

 2. Determine if the vessel is carrying contraband in the form of drugs. If
 so, where stared aboard_ship?: Yes. Quite a bit of drugs. Some is below
 in what appears to be storage or cargo. Other appears to be in an area
 beneath a black plastic (trash?) receptacle which is "built in" into the
 wall or cabinetry.
 3. Determine if (ocean) surface transfers are involved. Is +o, where and
 when?: Transfer appears to happen after the ship has been in port a few
 days. Part location was not deteeelw.
 4. Determine if the crew of the is currently armed: Possibly
 an armed guard. Weapons are avaiL-UJ.= &-.-j rest of the crew, but they do
 not appear to be armed at present.
