        OPERATION: DAMI-PO
              TASK: (15 MAY 90) Describe a target structure and its
        contents. Identify entrances to the structure.
        Describe the personnel and their activity at the
        structure. Describe the activity of visitors, if
        any, at the structure.
              REPLY: The presence of a "most significant room" located
        partially underground. An estimated twenty, dark
        complected individuals were active in the area.
        The stairs below the house are important. "Hoses
        and wiring can generate bolts of electricity. the
        house is guarded. there is a low, dark passageway
        with two rows of bare light bulbs. Illegal goods
        packaged in cardboard boxes are present. This is
        a one-story house with a primitive, hastily dug
        basement that smells of dirt. Access to the
        basement is through the floor.
