          which recently left the Peninsula de la Guajira, BELIEVED TO BE headed for
          the Roncador Bank (+/- 525 miles WNW at 13 deg 40'N / 80 deg 5'W).
          2. (S/STD) VIEWER TASKING: Encrypted coordinates: 730220/276437. The
          above information was included in 079's working package to provide in-
          session stabilization. At 079's request, frontloading of "Target is a
          vessel" was provided before the session.
