  = 13 deg 15 min N / 71 deg 53 min W at 1250 hrs 16 MAY 90 (See MAP,
  FIG. 1.), and does not appear to be headed toward the Roncador Bank.
  2. Is the target vessel carrying contraband in the form of drugs? If SO,
  how wrapped and where stared aboard ship?: The only drugs located an board
  were a very small amount for personal use. They are located in a small
  11glove compartment" in the main cabin, in a long green plastic box.
  3. Where and when will the drugs be off-loaded/trans+erred?: NIA
