     I. (S/STD/NF) On 5 July 1990, Source 052 conducted a remote
     viewing session to detprmi- +h- -urrent location of a target
     vessel identified as, Source 052 was tasked to
     determine if the vessel was carrying contraband in the form of
     drugs, and to determine the destination of the drugs in the US.
     2. (S/STD/NF) Viewer 052 found the at geographical SG1AE1
     coordinates 16-401N/69-251W. It appeare 0 e carrying a
     substance resembling cocaine stored in oblong, cloth-type
     containers. The drugs were stored among other similar containers
     containing granular, possibly peanut-based substance.
     The parcels containing the drugs were somehow brighter than the
     other packages. The contraband is projected to be off-loaded to
     a second vessel and destined for delivery to an area located in
     Miami, Florida.
     3. (S/STD/NF) Viewer's efforts to describe the second vessel at
     the off-load point were unsuccessful.
