(S/STD/NF) On 9 April 1990, three remote viewers 079, 003, and 095 conducted one solo session each in an effort to answer re uirements against the Suspected narcotics smuggling vessel known as SG1A [He 59-foot shrimper, with a white hull and a white superstructure, departed from Baranquilla, Colombia on 22 April 1990. It is believed to be en--rC)Ltte -For the southeastern part of the USA. The customer provided the following EEI.- a. Determine the current location of the shrimper. b. Determine if it is carrying contraband in the form of drugs. C. If so, how is it wrapped and where is it storedP d. Where and when will the tar-get vessel transf er/of f -load the illegal dr-UgS? E~. Phonetically surface call signs associated with the target vessel. SG1A 2. (S/STD/NF) 079 reported that the can be located at geographical coordinates 18 N - E35 W. It is currently carrying a large amount of contraband which is located at the mid portion of the ship. The vessel will sail through the Gulf of Mexico and wait for instructions on where to off-load. Off-loading may occur- in the southwestern portion of the U.S. The call sign "Frampton/Rompton/Frompton" phonetically surfaced. (S/STD/NF) 003 reported that the vessel is presently in the vicinity west northwest of the Cayman Islands at 21 N - 84 W. Hard, white granular material in heavy plastic sheeting is inside metal boxes. These are stored inside an airtiqht, smelly compartment which may be covered with dead, slimy, sea animals. The contraband is bound for the SE coast of Florida at 26 A.0' N - BO 10' W. The vessel may not carry the drugs all the way, but :instead, may "pass off" in the vicinity of the present location in the very near future. (S/S'T'D/NF*) 095 reported that the vessel is south of Haiti at 15 N -- 74 30' W and is heading east northeast at 27 1250L April 1990. It is carrying cocaine which is in small, fist sized, clear plastic bags and wrapped in insulating materials. These are then stuffed in small nooks and crannies around engine/machine~ry across the stern. The drugs are inainly starboard and center below the water line at D-F on the grid. The contraband will be transferred to a similai- sized vessel on 30 April 1990 some-Lime after 2200 hours at a location east of Turks and Caicos Islands at 22 12' N -- 69 12' W. A second vessel will continue toward the U.S. A (--all sign sounds like "Macheet.-.a/Michee~.-.a/Cl-ieeca/Chko". 5.
