          determine where and when it will load contraband
          in the form of illegal drugs.
              REPLY: The vessel's current location is at
          17007'N/64009'W. The vessel was on a heading of
          230 degrees. Off-loading site is projected to
          occur at 170N/6710W. The drugs are stored in
          crates loaded in containers. Both narcotics and
          automatic arms were being illegally transported.
          The contraband was located below deck above the
          water line near the stern.
              ACTION: Course and speed provided is of "h-igh value."
          Cargo description provided is "of value.." Heading-
          coincides with route-of-travel:detected-24 hours
          ago.
