        emanating from the Guajira Peninsula, Colombia, is
        associated with a vessel or a ground station. if
        so, describe and locate the point of origin.
        Determine the extent of involvement with illegal
        drugs, if any.
                      REPLY: The Call Sign was associated with a SG1A
                         vessel involved in the transportation of.
        contraband in the form of illegal drugs. Three
        possible locations were provided in an effort to
        determine the vessel's current location.~
        ACTION: No action taken.
