           The vessel is carrying contraband.
           The current location of the vessel is 21/12/00 N 55/40/00 W
           (about 800 miles west of the West Indies)
           The destination is 40/30/OON 61/10/OOW (near Grand Bank
           Newfoundland)
           The contraband is sealed behind metal panels in the hull of the
           vessel; on the "right" side, amidships.
           Feedback on 9013 (JT0004-90)
           #1-- The vessel is not carrying contraband, but has carried it
           in the past.
           It is currently located South of Kingston, Jamaica (17/50/OON
           77/05/OOW)
           Its intended destination is in the vicinity of Santa Rosa Sound,
           in NW Florida.
           #2-- The vessel is carrying contraband in the form of white
           bricks or blocks wrapped in plastic, inside of some sort of 50
           pound bag (i.e. seed, grain, etc.)
           The current location is 17/00/OON 63/00/OOW: The transfer will
           take place in the same vicinity, which will be an on-loading of
           drugs from a submarine.
           The location of the drugs on the vessel is C 4-5 and F 4-5 (use
           matrix)
           #3-- The vessel is carrying contraband in the form of cocaine in
           solid white blocks.
           The vessels current location is 11/07/OON 56/40/OOW1
           The transfer/unload point is undetermined (it seemed that the
           vessel will not unload)
           The vessels destination is 17/05/30N 67/12/OOW.

           #4-- The vessel is carrying contraband, located on the vessel in
           the middle of the ship, near D 4-5 (use matrix).
           The vessels current location is 22/00/OON 78/00/OOW.
           The estimated destination is in the Florida Keys, 26/00/OON
           83/00/OOW.
           There is also unusual activity picked up in the vicinity of the
           Gulf of St. Lawrence between Nova Scotia and Newfoundland.
           (possibly unrelated).
           #5-- The vessel is carrying drugs in the form of cocaine.
           the vessels current location is 18/00/OON 63/00/OOW.
           The vessels destination is toward Nassau, 27/00/OON 78/00/00W
           The vessel is currently moving in a northerly direction and could
           go as far north as Canada.
