           NOTE: We will include confidence factors on all feedback to
           assist you in committing resources. These confidence factors are
           based on historical performance. Rarely will you see a number
           higher than 30% when dealing with future locations, actions, etc.
           1. 30%- Offload point is eastern section of the NJ coast around
           Atlantic City. From the offload point, the final destination is
           Philadelphia. Contraband is stored in coffee barrels.
           2. 10%- Offload at 53/03N 54/05W (E of Newfoundland). Will
           offload to small vessels and seaplanes with various destinations
           is Canada and US.
           3. 8%- Offload at 1N 38W to smaller vessels. Unloading also
           along the shore of Venezuela and Guyana.
           4. 2%- Current location is south of Cuba. Route of travel
           between Cuba and Haiti, destination is southern tip of Florida.
