         The vessel known as the 9 is a small vessel and SG1A
         it is currently carrying a small load of contraband."

         Brazil at geographical coordinates, 4 Degrees South, 36 Degrees
         West. This location is approximately 400 - 500 miles east of
         Fortaleza, Brazil.

         Degrees 45 Degrees West.

              The is sailing in a westerly direction SG1A
         towards the West Indies. This vessel may be intercepted at
         geographical coordinates 14 Degrees North, 62 Degrees West. This
         location is in the vicinity of St. Lucia. A man phonetically
         identified as "Sayor/Saylor/Salor" may be involved in the
         intercept.
