   SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
   Phonetics of the true name of the individual SG1A
   associated with the vessel is "Mar-t-z", or
   *Saa-t-os". The current location of the vessel associated
   with the call sign is in the Caribbean Ocean at
   approximately A)-160i 0 630,
   The vessel is carrying illegal contraband in the form
   of drugs -- the drug is marijuana. The destination of the
   vessel is to the extreme northern coast of the United
   States or to Canada if the latter is not possible. The
   object has been to shorten the length of time required to
   get the drugs to the street. My perceptions are that there
   has been a dent made in the normal flow -- this has caused
   difficulties with many people.
   The vessel is several years old and is Privately owned
   and operated by a man in his late thirties. The vessel has
   at times been chartered. It is a sailing vessel of moderate
   length (see sketch).
