      Kong to develop strategic plans related to the
      transportation of illegal drugs.
              REPLY: Extensive and detailed information on the
      personalities and the meeting were provided.
              ACTION: Although the meeting did not take place as
      scheduled the roles and functions of personalities
      projected to attend the meeting were in consonance
      with available intelligence data.
              EVAL: Some correlation to ground truth known about the
      target personalities and their roles.
