     DT-S:
          - Our evaluation system for your previous
     work on these questions experienced some
     problems, as Dale is aware. We are correct-
     ing these. However, it was too difficult
     and not as effective to try to sort out
     and correct the deficiencies from the first
     project.
          - Therefore, we have resubmitted the appropriate
     questions for your analyses. They are
     attached.
          - Please initiate a new project number for
     this action.
          - Would appreciate responses by 1200, 18 January
     1991.
