There is a populated city near by which has baroque architecture. This site is either middle eastern or asian in nature and both people and munitions are present. Long slender objects with nozzles on them having to do with either chemicals or gas are the main focus. These objects are lined up and hidden in a dark area. These objects fly, cause destruction and are located near a remote cliff area. They are for the purpose of being set off in the future. They cause a mushroom affect which makes it difficult to breathe. This activity is a well organized and planned state of affairs. These objects were designed to be freed in the future. In other words, the activity is the planned organized development of these tank-like objects or missiles which are lined up and stored for future destructive use. Access to this plan is gained and causes deliberation on the part of those individuals involved to include inside and outside influences (parties). Opposition leaders will forces out to regain control again. This is accomplished by means of deployment and deportation. Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO1000410001-5
