               Individual has light brown hair or blonde hair that can be
          considered long. It seems as though the individual is trying to
          make a decision or is waiting for something to happen. Some type
          of motion/movement/action is trying to take place. Individual
          seems to be young of middle-aged. Sometimes it looked as though
          the individual was upside down. Wind and f ast air motion was
          associated with the site. Clothing was loose.
