  1. (SINF) This project was conducted in two phases. The purpose
  of Phase I was to describe the target personality. Phase II was
  conducted to determine the nature of the activity involving the
  target personality as well as the location of the target
  personality. The name of the target personality was not provided
  to the remote viewing sources in either of the phases conducted to
  date. Remote viewing sessions were conducted on 12 March 1992, 16
  March 1992 and 23 March 1992 respectively and provided
  substantially the following information:
