    is relatively inactive at this time. Current United Nations
    negotiations and policies affecting warfare or threats of warfare
    (against Iraq?) are forcing the target personality to place his
    negotiations on hold. The target personality's agenda is
    substantially to prepare for warfare and to visit military warheads
    (military depots where warheads are stored).
    Target personality has more enemies than friends. He will be
    belittled (humiliated for his views and programs) . He is scheduled
    to travel extensively at this time. He will be dealing with
    representatives from Iran even though he himself is not of Iranian
    descent. (Note that Iran is currently involved in heavy arms
