           immediate movement by the target personality.
           --- Source 025 believed the target personality to be currently
           located in Latakia, Syria. Target personality and interest in
           Libya was also expressed by Source 025.
           --- Source 049 perceives the target personality as being
           currently located in Greece or Italy.
           --- Source 079 believes the target personality to be located in
           his native country; his ultimate objective is to launch a
           land-based mobile attack against the United Arab Emirates.
