SESSION SUMMARY: SG1A will be leaving Lebanon as early four days from now and will be traveling to New Foundland, Canada as stated in the first session of this project. His final destination will be at a land, air and Sea interface in the vicinity of Seaf ord, Virginia at coordinates 37 Degrees 15 Minutes North and 76 Degrees 27 Minutes South. This individual is a threat to the United States. He is desperate and will attempt anything. His activity will be to sell new explosive devices to a third party terrorist group for profit. The other terrorist group has been a threat to valuable U.S. property before. Camouflage tactics will be utilized to conceal the compact devices to be sold.
