 The target is currently at a terrorist training facility near
 the Lebanese-Syrian border. There is a Palestinian association
 with the camp and a PLO involvement somehow. The cadre is
 Palestinian and the camp is administered by Palestinians. The
 facilities per se, though, are not Palestinian (if this makes any
 sense). The term "Black 11 is associated with this place.
 The target sometimes wears a green robe and has verbal
 confrontations with the guards. He has had enough of the waiting
 and feels like a caged animal. A number of people here are poorly
 dressed. The target is bored and is looking around, searching for
 something located within the camp. There are oblong, rectangularly
 shaped boxes which are collected and stacked together. There's the
 impression that these are associated with rocket launchers or
 missiles. The projectiles are 311-411 in diameter and 3611-4011 long.
 The front portion is colored blue and gold.
 There is an individual who favors wearing boots with lots of
 laces. He is observing a test firing of "launches" activity within
 the camp.
 Greece is the planned transfer part/location of the operation.
 The operation is related to ships: either the objective is a ship
 or the operation/ attack will be from a ship. The target individual
 views this operation as "two cracks coming together".
