Approved For Release 2000/08108 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO1001860005-1 /NOFORN/WNINTEL//NOCONTRACT/ORCON/ANTI-DRUG Summary of Information The contraband has been divided into two loads. The first load has already arrived at the point of departure and will be in place on the vessel very soon (if not already) . The second load is being transported by a medium sized flat bed delivery truck with wooden slats f or sides. However, the cargo area is completely packed solid with boxes. This truck is 201 to 251 long and the body is a dark, dirty color. There are small, light colored cars both in front of, and following, this truck. The car in front is some distance ahead. These cars are directly associated with the truck. The initial load of contraband is being moved into the vessel via large, brown wooden boxcarts and may already be completed. These boxes contain worked wood that is associated in some way with the concept of "bedrooms". Whether its furniture, bed frames, etc., I don't know. These boxes are placed next to both hulls in the lower rear of the ship's hold. This location is immediately in front of a contained place that feels oily and "mechanical". The contraband is moved straight through i.e. it does not sit around waiting to be loaded. It is immediately transferred from the trucks to the vessel. 6 to 8 armed men watch the cargo inside of the hold. Their only job is to watch the stuff as it is moved into place. VIEWER'S COMMENTS: I feel that the trucks pass over 3 mountains and through 3 valleys to get from the initial loading point to the vessl's point of departure. The second truck is currently decending the 3rd mountain and is approximately midway on the downslope. /NOFOM/WNINTEL/NOCONTRACT/ORCON/ANTI-DRUG Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO1001860005-1
