   The Target Personality "All
   is a middle-
   aged, conservative individual who appears younger than,, his true
   age. He is somewhat of a successful businessman who appears
   involved in money-laundering activities that normally occur in the
   area of the Panama Canal Zone and in Texas. At this time however,
   he is experiencing a sort of "dry spell" (lack of activity). The
   word "Alwat/Al Wat" surfaced phonetically as being associated with
      SG1A = and his activities. His activities also appeared associated
   with the expression "bails/bales" (phonetics), and the opening of
   (bank) accounts.

   identif ied early in the session per Source's request].~~ SG1A
   appears to be a talented and financially successful man who is
   perceived as being intellectually accomplished and living a life of
   luxury. He is somewhat of a political liberal who may have helped
   Jamaicans to emigrate illegally to the US. He is described as
   being "tethered", unable to move from his current location for
   reasons that are unknown. He spends most of his time doing favors
   f or people. He has had (and may possibly continue to have)

    f inancial dealings with a bank located in "Little Town". (Little
    Rock?) Arkansas. SG1A
              (At source's request, was identified at
    Target Personality "C" at the outset of the session. I of the three
    SG1A personalitiest appears the most ambitious and willing to
    take risks for personal gain. He too appears to be involved in the
    money-laundering business. In the past, he has dealt with banks
    located in Europe, and the "Bahamas/The Islands,." The flow is his
    normal business/money transactions with his banks are at a current
    and complete standstill (for reasons unknown). He is a
    conservative, and normally well-dressed individual who is often
    seen wearing a hat.
