       E. SESSION SUMMARY:
            The target v 'essel is slowly sailing on a northwesterly course
       towards the coast of Mexico. The vessel will off-load contraband
       in the form of narcotics in about a week (about 23 June ) at
       geographical coordinates 15 to 18 N/103 West.
            The word "Windfall" surfaced phonetically in association with
       the off-loading. "Windfall" appears to stand for some form
       assistance that will facilitate the off-loading activity. [The
       meaning of Windfall was not further described).
            The vessel's activities appear to remain dependent upon
       instructions being received by wireless. The expression
       Johnny Red/Jolly Red surfaced to describe the ball sign used,.
       The vessel's contraband consists of cocaine.
