It is presently not carrying drugs because of certain passengers aboard who cannot afford to be caught on a ship which is carrying drugs. There are strong indications that the passengers are aboard for the purpose of being "away and accounted for" when something very special happens in Columbia. One of the VIPs is an extremely attractive woman wearing high- heeled shoes and very tight bluejeans and a very tight blouse (over huge breasts), while walking around down in the lower passages of the ship. The men there look, but do not dare to mess with her. The "something special" involves the killing of a VIP who is very high both in the Columbian government and also the drug cartel. This is scheduled to happen near the end of this week. SG1A There are indications that the will not carry drugs at least through the next 7 days. OOG: 1711 OOL Jul The vessel is leaving port eastbound on a pleasure-oriented trip. The amount of drugs onboard is insignificant. The vessel will turn around and return to port. Wait until the August timeframe because there will be future drug liaisons where the amount of drugs will be worth pursuing. Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789RO01 100120002-5
