   0013: (311057 JUL 90) 1 could not detect any drugs aboard the ~There does,
   however, appear to be a compartment for carrying drugs in a "smokestack" looking,
   vertical piece of equipment which is rounded, with two flattened sides, and open at the
   top, and has what appears to be a ladder up its side. The present position was detected
   at approximately 1550N / 6345W, w/ present destination of Miami.
   OOG 1000-1100 The vessel is currently located at 22 N - 71 W by the side of land near
   the Turks Islands. It is blocked from action and is not moving now. There are no drugs
   aboard. The activity involves illegally getting something precious to the ocean's bottom
   which is alive and dying out. A transfer will be made from vessel to vessel. Many scout
   this area now and the will stay within the vicinity (location) that it is at.
