          SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
          The Target is a large expansive building. Inside the
          building there are containers, storage sites, areas where
          things are locked away and barrels. The entire site appears
          to be suspended above some murky, green liquid which has an
          oily looking slick above It. This stuff Is reflective, It's
          dark and there is the smell of creosote all around.
          There Is a great deal of activity in and outside the
          structure. Trucks are moving about, people walking. The
          floor Is dirty -- this appears to be a working place*, a
          warehouse or some kind of plant. I could not determine what
          exactly was being accomplished -- it appears to be a number
          of things rather than Just one. It certainly isn't a white
          collar facility, unless there is an area I have been
          missing.
          People work long hours here -- In fact It may even
          have shifts working around the clock. The area is hot and
          humid beyond belief. I had to break because of difficulty
          In breathing.
