To determine what type of targets are not suitable for collection by this technology. C. To determine the strengths and weaknesses of individual sources in acquiring intelligence about different categories of targets. This information will enable us to assign sources to those type of real world targets that they are most likely to do well on in the future. 2. (S) Assumptions. (U) a. That this office will be able to conduct 800 Ops Training Sessions in a two year period beginning 1 January 1986. SGU b. That this office will acquire a second interviewer in calendar year 1985. C. That this office will be able to develop a minimum of 100 (perferably 200) Ops Training Packages. Twenty five of these packages must be on hand by 1 January 1986 for training to begin. 3 (S) Considerations. a. In order to develop statistically significant data concerning a category of target it will be necessary to conduct a minimum of 15 sessions on each category. In addition a minimum of three sources will have had to work on each category with no source completing more than 50 percent of the sessions and no Source completing less than 20 percent of the sessions. In order to verify a Sources strength or weaknesses concerning each category of target it will be necessary to conduct at least five sessions with each source on each category of target. C. Data base manageing, record keeping and cross -referencing is going to be a major problem. We can do it but we will require the proper equipment and perhaps some training of personnel.
