It also includes efforts to review/simulate recent developwnts to aid in effectiveness evaluation. 1 2.2 (u) This effort is follow on to a activity initiated in a recent purchase request (PR 330/026Z/92) and the resulting contract (MDA 93-C-0004) that was awarded to SAIC for this overall phenmve-mlogical investigation/assp~nt ef fort. 4.0 (U) SODPE: Recent foreign data assessment and effectiveness evaluation fical area will be accomplished for this phenomenoloc 5.0 (U) TEMNICAL/onm aUMMMCKS: 5.1 (SINF) All efforts and findings resulting from previous programs in psychoerm-getics shall be brought to bear on this effort. In addition, expertise in multidisciplinary areas shall be made available as consultants or for special support as required. All such investigations will be fully planned and coordinated with the COM and will be under the ptirviews of appropriate review camittees. 5.4 (U) Should unforseen schedule of other is~;ues arise concerning any of the specific tasks identified in section 6.0, the CMR will be given immediate notice. If necessary, adjustments to priorities and schedules can be approved by the am if there is no cost or other impact on the over-all prDgram. The CMR will also review/approve all procedures where appropriate. 5.5 (U) All itom in sect ions 6.0 and 7.0 will be.funded from O&M _provided by s contract.
