      Summary: Stage 3 movement exercises and stage 6 tools were
      employed to search for Terry Waite's present location. Attached
      is a xerox copy of the portion of the map where my-data places
      him. He is inside a 4-5 story building on the west side of a
      very straight street which runs north-south. From a small upper
      window on the street side of the building, a captor can look
      southeast and almost see the very large stadium-type complex
      about several kilometers away. The area itself is fairly run-
      down; empty or partially occupied tennament type buildings abound
      (AOL-It reminds me of open parts of the Bronx or Queens).
      Terry Waite is between periods of ft"Q~Qjj,~ in Mzzj.TX=-4
      or possibly to-draft, what seems to be a plan or similar
      ;5MP Kt, f
      document. My impre'ssion is that he is to be the4M _rip o
      this plan upon 4jQZUU_1ff. A release date, however, will not be set
      until the plan is i ti? - 'to the gIfflzafa~;t,~on` of the captor's
      leaders (who are located somewhere else).
