Inclemencies: none reported b. 099 verbally reported some uncertainty about the specific arrangment of objects inside the structure, but was fairly confident about his general perceptions concerning this. There may be a type of access way (door) on the west side. "Technician types" (there do not seem to be many) can be found within, their movements generally confined to an area along the inner west side (lengthwise) of the structure (AOL-walkway). The sound ofj_perhapsi~--_~xentilation equipment is present. At times, what appears t6___-bp (AOL-individual aircraft) sit inside astride the--long-l-F-U-dinal axis of th(P structure. The, technician types are engaged in monitoring/maintaining controlled -onditions, associated with something that is done to the (aircraft).
