(S/NF/SK) During the period of 4 March 1989 to 11 April 1989 inclusively, eleven remote viewing sessions were conducted to determine and describe the scope and nature of an activity at a specific geographical location represented by randomly assigned encrypted coordinates. 2. (SINFISK) According to Remote Viewer 011, the target activity centered around nuclear research and testing-activity of nuclear devices. The remote viewer's concepts of shockwaves are at TAB A. Perceptions of apparent secondary importance focused on a white van (TAB B) and a series of structures (TAB C) that were representative of the target area. 3. (S/NF/SK) Remote Viewer 025 described the target site as a $'remote reconnaissance area" with two main access roads and two transmitters that were visible from an overhead vantage point. See TAB D for a conceptual representation. There were very few buildings in the target area; it reminded one of an abandoned airport. Two principal activities were perceived. The first dealt with a weather-related communications network. This activity takes place in buildings at ground or above ground level. Other research and development efforts are pursued at an underground level where the activity appears to be related to satellites. 4. (S/NF/SK) Remote viewer 079 perceived the target site as a "Soviet developmental nuclear testing area" comprised of several structures located in the vicinity of a body of water. The work and testing is done in an underground area that is interconnected by tunnels. Objects described as "SX missiles with wings" (TAB E) are set in place through the use of heavy machinery. See TAB F for a conceptual representation. (OPS COMMENTS: UNDERSIGNED IS NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE TERM "SX MISSILES). 5. (S/NF/SK) Remote viewer 003 perceived the target site as a military complex comprised of tall, wide, voluminous structures located in an open-space area. One of two principal objects perceived was a large, grey, rounded, metallic object with "something round and conical in the center." The second persistent impression appeared related to advanced technology aircraft, as in a "flying pancake" with a shell of "uni-body construction. It was also described as being shaped like a manta ray wing. It was shiny, smooth, dark, and burnished. Current activities were associated with assembling, testing, trails and measurements. The object (aircraft) appears involved in some sort of incident (possible crash - not further described) in about mid-May 1989; some four or five months later, people who flown" it are forced to acknowledge its existence.
