              REPLY: The target personality can be found at the
         Colombian Medical Society in Bogota. The
         personality's residence is described as a resort
         or estate located amid dry and dusty surroundings.
         The residence is also described as a large and
         spacious building made of plaster and wood,
         located in an isolated, high-ground area.
              ACTION: Search of SAFE, Colombian Gazetteer, and JTIC data
         base revealed no info on the existence of a
         Colombian Medical Society. Descriptions of
         residences reflect many of the signatures
         associated with drug kingpin residences.
              EVAL: Some correlation on the geometric and general
         descriptions of the residences. No correlation on
         the existence of the Colombian Medical Society.
