waterways. The important aspect of this area is the waterways.
This area is an insurgency like atmosphere.
There is a Surge of activity around the waterways and drugs
may be Put on boats here.
What appears to be a radical situation now will transform
into a peaceful situation. There will be a smoothing out period.
The U.S. should be in a position to monitor the situation
through radar and transatlantic communications. The U.S. should
take a "wait and see" or "watch and see" attitude because if the
U.S. were to take positive actions now, it may not work out.
The name "Sousa" phonetic-ally surfaced as being related to
this issue.
