  1. (S/NF/SK) Describe the interior of the site structure: The
  structure, at least every part I saw of it, was virtually windowless. In
  the upper portion, there were empty hallways, painted off-white and trimmed
  in blue. In a below-ground level, there was an area of pipes, machines,
  lab-type equipment, and a tall cylindrical "tank" which held a very slick
  liquid (this slick liquid was what I saw first upon entering the structure).
  The liquid had a very slight smell which reminded me of liquid fertilizer.
  The liquid was very slick low in the tank, but also covered the sides (which
  felt like fiberglass). High on the sides, the liquid became sticky (see
  sketch, page 3).
  2. (S/NF/S["*) Describe the Purpose of.the structure- I found no activity
  in the building at the time for viewing. Was working under a heavy PI, and
  found it impossible to move off present time. Perceptions of purpose were:
  storage, service, and "civil".
