              TASK: (16 JUL 90) Revisit target vessel and
  determine if suspected load of cocaine and hashish
  were thrown overboard at sea or off-loaded on
  land.
              REPLY: Drugs were off-loaded and cached in the vicinity
  of Salinas, CA; a second location was identified
  near water in sight of the first.
              ACTION: Suspects in custody would not provide any
  amplifying data.
