   owned by a tug SG1A
   SG1A company.
              REPLY: = is intermittently involved in the
   transportation of contraband in the forms of
   illegal drugs. From a helicopter, one tug in dry
   dock was designated as suspect.
              ACTION: Results of attempts to determine the presence of
                         drugs aboard the tug are unknown.
